The new re-platforming of the site required a redesign. With the improved slider, the addition of Megamenu and page builder, the Bella di Notte team and site visitors can enjoy improved UX for both desktop and mobile devices.
Special attention was given to the product pages which required solving specific trousers and bra sizing requirements without losing the new minimal aesthetics. The enhanced sidebar filter contributes to easy filtering for narrowing down the product search without page reloading.
Operation Stability and Revenue Growth
With the implementation of PayPal Express, Stripe for credit cards, integration of MNP Retail Order Management System and Payment Gateway that authorizes on order and captures on shipment, the Bella di Notte business can now grow the top line, reduce unnecessary overhead and focus fully on their marketing and customers.
Switching Payment Gateways
The client was unable to use Magento 2 with their current payment provider, so they opted for HSBC instead. However, the HSBC module was incomplete and required us to finish the features and fix the bugs until it functioned flawlessly. Later on, HSBC changed their terms of service from settling payments in 2 days to 2 weeks, which was unacceptable as it tied up their funds for too long. To resolve this issue, we swiftly integrated Stripe within a day and migrated all their payment processing to Stripe. This allowed them to bypass the 2 week settlement terms of HSBC.
